3-compartment sink + handwashing sink

Do I need a license to operate the trailer?
Yes. To operate legally in Winnipeg or any other city, you’ll need:
A business license (City of Winnipeg)
A health permit (WRHA)
A fire safety inspection if using propane/gas equipment
We’re happy to guide you through the process!
Do I need experience to rent a trailer?
Not at all! Many of our clients are first-time foodpreneurs. We offer startup support to help you understand the basics of permits, setup, and best practices for launching your mobile food business.
Can I use the trailer for private events or catering gigs?
Absolutely. Our trailers are great for weddings, birthdays, markets, sports events, or corporate functions. Just let us know the nature of your event and we’ll make sure the trailer setup fits your needs.
What are the rental terms and pricing?
We offer flexible options:
Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly rates
Special event packages
Long-term discounts for multi-month use
Contact us for a custom quote based on your rental period and needs.
Is delivery and pickup included?
Delivery and pickup can be arranged for an additional fee based on your location. You can also tow the trailer yourself if you have the proper vehicle and license. We’ll walk you through all the towing requirements.
Is the trailer health-inspection ready?
Yes! Our trailers are built to meet local health department requirements, with proper sinks, water tanks, food-safe surfaces, and ventilation. You’ll still need to get approval from your local health inspector, but our setup helps streamline that process.
What do I need to bring?
You’ll need:
Your food and ingredients
Small wares (tongs, knives, cutting boards, etc.)
Point of sale (POS) system
Staff and any branding materials (menu board, signage)
Can I brand or decorate the trailer?
Yes! You can add temporary signage, magnetic decals, or vinyl wraps (as long as it doesn’t damage the surface). Ask us about branding packages or custom trailer wrap referrals.
What if something breaks or goes wrong during rental?
We provide a walkthrough before your rental, and we’re available for support. If there’s a mechanical issue or equipment concern, contact us immediately so we can assist or replace the equipment if needed.
